Can't get plugin work

This plugin seems to be exactly what I'm looking for, but I can't get it work.
After Alt + Enter I can't see Fill class constructor option.

Environment:
IntelliJ IDEA 2019.1.3 (Ultimate Edition)
Build #IU-191.7479.19, built on May 28, 2019
JRE: 1.8.0_202-release-1483-b58 amd64
JVM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o

You can see Fill class constructor option !

Fill class constructor option was moved to intention action from quick fix at #6

I'll update the gif image in README. thanks.
