[Enhancement]: SSH support for remote docker_host

Can't use ssh connect for remote docker deamon in testcontainers.properties - only support schemas - unix, npipe and tcp
Now I get message "Unsupported protocol scheme: ssh://user@10.10.10.10"

Hi @vyatich, this is indeed not supported, because the support is still missing from docker-java:
docker-java/docker-java#1130
