grpc-gateway 2.26.2 breaking change

Just a PSA to anyone using this repo, there was a breaking change in grpc-gateway v2.26.2 that causes requests using this proxy to hang indefinitely. You will need to make sure you're generating your grpc code from v2.26.1 or earlier.
