When predicting on relatively long sequences, I am encountering "_" underscores in the predicted dot-bracket notation. Upon closer look at the predict.py file, I see that this is a default value for the prediction, eventually replaced with "." "(", or ")". But in my case, they are not being replaced. How can this issue be fixed?
