Mostly functional features!

The /api/chat endpoint is now behaving, and /api/generate will need further work to get past context and system configuration via callbacks to work correctly.

Though there is still much to be done, check the CHANGELOG.md file for details, this tag should mark a point in the development of this project when most of the existing features are tested enough to be considered mostly stable... mostly

⚠️ The configuration structure, how lower-level functions are organized, examples/, and docs/ are likely to receive much churn!

I now need feedback from testers on what portions of this plugin are frustrating, and reports of any bugs found within current features.
