As I mentioned previously this would be a huge win for the current users of our docs where quite a few pages have the same title.

@brc-dd - I asked previously but is there anything I can do to help land this PR? Or if the project isn't interested in adding this feature can the necessary configuration be externalised through config.ts so I can enable this for my users?
