Reference: AINFRA-478: Resolve GLIBC_2.28 not found error for WPAndroid

Description

We've seen a GLIBC_2.28 not found error during the app Code Freeze process.
This PR should fix the issue by enabling BUNDLE_FORCE_RUBY_PLATFORM in the Bundler configuration and avoid platform specific native libs.

Testing instructions

Running Code Freeze again after merging this PR should fix the issue.
