What are the differences to the project http://map.fc00.li/

Hey, why "https://www.fc00.org" shows less nodes and links than the map under "http://map.fc00.li/"?
Unfortunatly "http://map.fc00.li/" is since several weeks offline and I cant reach it.

As of 7:52 PST, 1/17/2017, Map.fc00.li has Nodes: 1260 and Links: 4108
http://h.fc00.org has Nodes: 632 Links: 1677
