ios: Allow having the distributed app and a debug build both installed simultaneously

It may be as easy as tweaking a unique identifier (the "app identifier?") for debug builds. If we hard-code a relevant identifier in multiple places, we'll want to look into parameterizing it so we don't have to chase down each instance of hard-coding.
