The previous Chinese document was published on an independent website by @tsy12321 in 2017 (see #1052). But unfortunately, this contributor hasn't been updated since then. After 2018, none of his activities can be found on the internet.

Based on the above, I decided to re-translate the latest documents into Chinese, and update them in the main repository like other languages.

Hello @aspirantzhang, sorry for the delay on getting back to you on this. While we appreciate the work that you've done here on making up-to-date Chinese docs for phinx, I don't think we'll want to include them at this time. In theory, phinx has offered translations in es, fr, and ja, but they are not kept up-to-date at all. Last time anyone has seriously looked at them was 2 years ago and so they're missing a ton of content that's in the main en docs, and I'm pushing to drop them altogether in #2074 after some internal discussion with other maintainers. While this translation will at least be up-to-date at this immediate stage, I worry that they won't be consistently maintained and fall out of date like other translations.
