What are the main changes you did

changed tumor to tumour on several places on home and about pages
fixed typo in NESTOR RESGISTRY on about page

How to test

create new schema with ERN_DASHBOARD template
go to the schema and add /nestor-public behind the schema name
Check home page for tumor (shouldn't be found)
Check About page for tumor (shouldn't be found)
See that the header of the About page is now OK (NESTOR REGISTRY)

Checklist

updated docs in case of new feature
added/updated tests
added/updated testplan to include a test for this fix, including ref to bug using # notation
