fix(core/toast): toast position works as set in production

💡 What is the current behavior?

• In development mode, the toast respects the set position (e.g., top-right).
• In production mode, the toast always defaults to bottom-right, ignoring the specified position.

• The toast now consistently respects the specified position (e.g., top-right) even in production builds.
